To help make browsing our site easier here are some commonly asked questions and answers:

How long will my item take to arrive once I order it?

Items are all individually made to order so please allow two working days for us to create your items of choice. Delivery speeds are variable depending on your choice at the checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £9.95 for a next day service to the UK. There are more options available, and prices will vary for international customers. Please enter your details at the checkout to see the full choice of shipping options.

Can I buy Nieve bridal accessories in a shop?

Yes of course, we have many wonderful stockists all over the UK. We encourage brides to visit a stockist and try on your favourite accessories before you buy. You can find your local stockist by calling or emailing us.

Do you supply internationally?

Yes we do. You can choose to pay in US Dollars or Euros and we supply to customers all over the world. When checking out, our lovely friends at UPS will calculate how much the shipping costs depending on where you would like the item sent. If import taxes are applicable to your country then these will be added at the same time so you can be sure you will receive your item without any last minute problems with customs. We are very experienced with international customers, so you can order with confidence. US customers can call our US helpline 7am – 4.30pm EDT on 888 858 3457.

Can I make a special order for special sizes or colours?

Please call or email us to discuss your requirements. As items are made to order we can accommodate most requests.

Do you keep items in stock?

We do not keep items in stock, however in emergencies we can deliver items next day, both in the UK and internationally. Please ensure you call us before 2pm if you require a next-day service. Additional charges may apply.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

You can call or email us if you have any problems at all. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item we will of course replace it straight away for you.

What if I change my mind once I’ve ordered?

If you change your mind and you have not yet received your item, please contact us and if we have not yet made it we will cancel your order without any further questions. If you have received your item then please note that as all items are made to order due to the colour and size options available, we will not be able to refund your item.
